We offer a broad range of products that will extend the wear life of your current end links. These increased-wear products include:
- Transitions to larger end links that provide more wear material and larger bearing surfaces
- Manganese steel overlay to increase the life of the chain bite area
- Xtend Process® overlay to increase chain rail wear life in the more severe abrasive conditions
 Cast bushings for hardenability and reduced friction
Columbia Steel bushings are cast -- not forged -- with higher manganese and carbon contents than standard manganese steel. This gives our product hardenability and reduces friction through self-lubrication. Field reports confirm the increased wear life of Columbia bushings when compared to forged bushings.
