Pulverizers.

Crushers.
We make items such as cam sectors, anvil
plates, combing plates and side wear plates
for some ash crushers.
Engineering.
Our product engineers have worked with power
plant maintenance supervisors to identify
areas of high wear and difficult part replacement,
and have developed parts that install easier
and last longer.
Alloys.
Columbia's J-series proprietary high chromium
alloy irons are fully heat treated in state-of-the-art
furnaces with programmable controls to yield
consistent properties and long wear life.
Machining.
Our advanced machining facility, Columbia Engineering Works, uses special machining routines and CNC equipped machinery to produce parts with more accurate mating and working surfaces. The result is easier installation and better balance.
